I wanted to reach out to you about your Haas VF Series Machines with Factory Auto Doors. By this time, you realize that the factory track system on top of your machine fails. The coolant reacts to the 3M tape causing it to ball up or even peel off. When this happens, it causes down time and lost revenue.
The New CNC Auto Trak eliminates this issue by making it a single piece system per door. It is machined out of 6061 alum. and anodized red to match the machine and it installs in about 5 minutes. It uses the existing screws to attach it to your machine with no machine modifications needed. Best of all they are Half the Price of Factory OEM.
This is a 1 Time Fix for your Haas Auto Doors. I came up with this idea because I was in the same boat as all the other Haas owners having issues with the tracks peeling off. I had these on all my machines when Haas Service Techs were in my shop for a machine repair and when they saw them, they told me I need to market them.
